We have recently received complaints from copyright holders regarding certain works on Rochat. To respect their rights and comply with their requests, we need to remove the content involved.

We understand how much time and care creators put into their characters and stories. For those who enjoy these works, they may also hold meaningful memories and a treasured sense of companionship. We are sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience these removals may cause.

Due to the copyright holders’ requests, we are currently unable to restore the affected content. If you have relevant copyright authorization documents or believe your work does not infringe copyright, please contact [email protected] with details of the work and supporting documentation. We will review the information and assess whether restoration is possible after verifying the relevant rights and scope of authorization.

If a removed character is one of your Gold Card characters, we can help transfer your Gold Card benefits to another character. Please email us at the address above, letting us know which character was affected and which character you would like to transfer the benefits to.

We also ask creators to ensure that the images, text, and other materials they publish are their own original work or that they have obtained the appropriate permission to use them. Please do not re-upload content removed due to copyright concerns while the rights issues remain unresolved. Repeatedly re-uploading such content may result in restrictions on your account.
