Hi, Rochatter You can now update your Rochat App to the latest version in the app store. This week, we're bringing you the following new feature updates:

Character Note

During character creation, we've added a new optional configuration: Character Note.

Character Note is a tool that customizes AI responses by inserting text as a Prompt at the current conversation position. You can find it in the advanced settings (optional) during character creation. You can enhance character outputs by implementing various settings in the character note.

• For a simple example, when we want the character to always reply with 1 paragraph, we can move similar prompt words from Character Description to Character Note to help the AI better follow instructions.

<> Tag Hiding

In this update, we've added a text hiding feature for character replies.

• When character reply text is within <> tags, players cannot see that text.
• Text within <> tags remains visible to the model itself, meaning it will still influence the entire conversation.

With this text hiding feature above, what scenarios would you apply it to? Feel free to let your imagination run wild.

• For character creators, you can long-press the message box to view original message and see the complete character output text. This helps authors debug their works.

• You can combine the character note feature to make characters consistently output content with <> tags and `````` tags, creating more interesting interactions.

Moving Characters

Now in the App version, you can enter edit mode by long-pressing the character's head (upper half of the screen) in the Live page of the chat:

• In edit mode, you can move character positions or zoom in/out to enhance the visual experience.
